Comments:
As we have all been expecting, volatility has decided to make its entrance into earnings season and the election. The VIX was 32 at the close of Monday’s session as the S&P 500 fell 1.9%, the Dow Jones Industrial Average was down 2.3% and Nasdaq Composite dropped 1.6%.
Stimulus talks are still progressing nowhere fast and the market is getting tired of waiting so a sell of was inevitable but we could still see a bullish move this week although it might have to bebased on good earnings or another catalyst if we continue to decline like we did in yesterdays session.
We continue to stand aside and watch.
Let’s go trade!
